Grooming services are by appointment only, but we can often accommodate same-day appointments. We try to groom every dog in our shop from start to finish, without interruptions to ensure the comfort of your pet, so we will call you before your pet is finished so that your pet can go home as soon as they are done. We offer one hour of complimentary daycare after your pet’s groom, but if you need more time to come and pick up your pet, additional daycare options are available for an additional fee. 

To ensure the health and well being of all our canine guests, please bring your pet’s vaccination records with you to your first appointment. A current Rabies vaccination is required, according to your veterinarian’s recommendations. We also recommend that your pet be current on its Bordatella, Canine Influenza, Distemper and Parvovirus vaccinations as well.

Should you need to cancel or re-schedule your pet’s appointment, you may do so during regular business hours by calling (412) 828-3647. Please try to notify us if your plans change as soon as possible to avoid incurring an additional fee according to our store policy, which is as follows:   Late Drop-Off Fee: $5/15 minutes;   Same-Day Cancellation: $25 (Salon); Full Groom Amount; No-Show: Total Groom Amount. Frequent cancellations and/or no-shows may result in a non-refundable deposit or pre-payment being required to book future appointments.
